Currently responsible for retaining and growing Holiday Extras existing partnerships who have an annual turn-over in excess of £100 M pa. New Business Manager focus was to drive new account partnerships and distribution. Online Sales Manager role focused on online partnerships including British Airways, Flybe.com and Teletext. e-commerce Coordinator role included responsibility for managing in house web team, with a view to migrate bookings from existing Viewdata platform, (electronic booking system used by travel industry) and Call Centre to more efficient web site. The roles include commercial negotiation and account management of over 3,500 online partners, and previously managing an online advertising campaign with an annual spend in excess of £1 Million per year.
During my time at Holiday Extras I have helped achieve:
-percentage of bookings made via the web site has increased from 3% to over 90%
-annual online turnover increase from under £1 Million to over £90 Million
-seen the number of online bookings pass 1,000,000 (October 2003)
-conversion rates for website increase to 27% (unique users to bookings)

Interests & Sports:

I married in May 2001 and have two sons. I enjoy driving and motor racing events, especially Formula One, I   have been fortunate enough to have experienced driving Formula First and Ferrari's on race tracks. I also enjoy karting, from indoor circuits to Club 100. Other interests include cycling, socialising and travel.
